Mediasurface Strengthens Marketing with Appointment of Chief Marketing Officer
Mediasurface the leading AIM listed Web Content Management provider today announced the appointment of Andy Peart in the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer.
With eighteen years experience in IT marketing, Peart joins Mediasurface
from business integration specialist Magic Software Enterprises where he
was Corporate Marketing Director. Previously he has held senior marketing
roles with sector leading enterprise software and services vendors
including Kalamazoo, ACT and PAFEC. Peart, who has extensive experience of
brand, product and channel marketing, will be responsible for promoting
Mediasurface and its portfolio of web content management solutions to a
wider audience and delivering a marketing-led approach that will help drive
significant growth in the business.
Mediasurface helps businesses take full advantage of the capabilities of the web through unequalled software that transforms the originally complex task of managing websites into straightforward activities. Its flagship product Morello is a powerful and flexible enterprise-level web content management solution designed to reduce the risks and costs involved in building and running sophisticated intranets, extranets, websites and other digital channels. Pepperio is a revolutionary “ASP” based website management solution created specifically for SMEs enabling them to develop, manage and maintain a robust and professional company website that would otherwise be far too costly.
Peart said of his new role, “I’m really pleased to be joining Mediasurface at this point; the company has already developed an extremely strong portfolio and has fantastic customer references so I’m looking forward to working with the current sales and marketing team to introduce innovative marketing approaches and robust operational processes that will drive even faster business growth.”
Lawrence Flynn, CEO of Mediasurface said, “Andy brings a wealth of marketing experience that will complement the existing team as we continue to build on the phenomenal success of Morello and the recent launch of Pepperio.”
