Mediasurface announce new customer signing, RAL Interactive. Ral Interactive are owned by Talarius PLC the UK’s largest chain of Adult Gaming Centers. The deal, which will provide RAL with Morello 5.3 content management including the Morello web client, Instant Site and Knowledge management module, forms part of the companies overall website redevelopment.

The initial phase of the project, to be kicked off by RAL’s UK gaming business Talarius, will focus on the redevelopment of the virtual gaming machine lounge, Cyberslotz (www.cyberslotz.co.uk). Morello will improve the sharing of content, enabling greater localization of online content to keep customers coming back to play the 18+ different online games.

Shortlisted against Interwoven, Percussion and Vignette, Morello was chosen for its’ excellent customer interface and functionality fit, which offered reliable, workable features that matched the needs of the business. RAL Interactive was also attracted by the easier route to market for its’ online products - Morello providing the ability to create new sites quickly, then manage them efficiently.

The CMS will provide further support for RAL’s existing 3rd party white label businesses and additional incentives for new opportunities across the global gaming site.
